There is a 30 minute lunch break so you may want to bring some lunch too!

Our First Aid class follows the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and also includes our CPR class. It will give you the practical hands on experience you need to understand how to give CPR on adults, children and infants, medical emergencies such as cardiac conditions and trauma such as bleeding.
