All you need is yourself! But we do recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfy clothes.

The face-to-face practical session is 70 minutes, depending on the group size.
The online theory and assessment must be done in the student’s own time.

For our group or workplace training we can start at whatever time suits you. Our trainer Nick is happy to come out on the weekends or at night too.
